Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy sessions are structured around the attachment that you and your partner have with each other, and how your needs are shared and responded to. Through identifying attachment patterns, discussion of emotional needs, and role play in effective ways to interact with other, your connection will strengthen and relationship will deepen.

  • I find that my Emotionally Focused Therapy Couples usually find the most transformative change with a range of 12-20 sessions, weekly. As always, we check in on how you’re feeling with progress and can always stop treatment at any time.
